the staff was friendly and welcoming during check-in. The rooms offered comfortable beds and were a decent size.
The hotel did not meet my expectations. Further, the hotel had issues with power outages throughout the day and the water supply in the bathroom was unreliable.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. the hotel's location is a plus, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service.
The limited food options available and the poor quality of the food that was served. the lack of power backup was also frustrating, as it caused issues with the hot water supply and lights.
